Dr Alice Liefgreen graduates from UCL

TRUE post-doctoral research associate Dr Alice Liefgreen completes her PhD

Congratulations to TRUE post-doctoral research associate Dr Alice Liefgreen, who graduated with her PhD in Experimental Psychology from University College London in July 2022. Alice was supervised by Advisory Board member Professor David Lagnado and her thesis was entitled, “Mapping the Intuitive Investigator: Seeking, Evaluating and Explaining the Evidence”. In her thesis, Alice presented a descriptive framework of how people acquire, evaluate, and integrate evidence under uncertainty, and outlined the psychological mechanisms underpinning these sense-making processes within legal-investigative domains and beyond.
