On 5 February 2024, Yvonne gave a presentation on deepfakes to members of the community as part of Oriel Science's Social Prescribing Project, hosted in collaboration with the Swansea Bay University Health Board:
On 15 February 2024, Yvonne gave a lecture at the School of Law, University of Glasgow, as part of the Glasgow Centre for International Law and Security (GCILS) lecture series, where she presented some early findings from the TRUE project:
On 21 February 2024, Gabriela gave a lecture at the Department of Psychology, University of Bath, as part of the Departmental seminars in psychology open to invited external speakers. She presented research titled "Polarization & norms of trust: Attempts to study political trust experimentally", discussing political trust in the context of public health policymaking and new technologies.
On 23 February 2024, Yvonne spoke at a conference on Human Rights and Artificial Intelligence, convened by the Promise Institute for Human Rights at UCLA School of Law. Whilst in LA, she was delighted to spend time with the UK's Deputy Counsel General Lara Hallett, a Swansea University graduate:
On 27 February 2024, Yvonne appeared on a Panel Discussion, “Paving Path to Justice in Ukraine – Overcoming Evidence Collection Challenges in Time of War”, organised by the Center of Ukrainian Law at Vilnius University Faculty of Law:
